Matter is the last of the four playable characters in Ophelious Challenge. He is a kindhearted, kind of dense, but surprisingly wise individual. While Matter tend to possess the mentality of a kid, he tries to be mature when things get rough. He often forgets things due to his nature.

First Appearance

He is first encountered in the Lost Soul level. (placeholder)

Backstory

His origin is is shrouded in mystery, since it isn't mentioned in the game of what he is or where he came from. But according to the character's creator, Sunthedoggo (Fandom Profile), Matter is a sentient alien asteroid who had gained consciousness during the Precambrian period. Anything beyond that is still unknown, however.
